WFA - Robo Advisor

This was a very large project with many tentacles. Our UCD team worked closely with 2 vendors and the product organization to concept and iterate on this new product. I worked closely with our onboarding product owner, both vendors and interaction designers to bridge numerous account opening taskflows together. At times the concepts were hard to follow so I created simplified experience maps to help the teams digest complicated task.
